Eight Heart Gates ~ Awakening the Inner Shen

Using imagination and somatic experience you will be guided to locate and activate your own acupuncture centers to uncover the Esoteric Acupuncture chakra system of geometric patterns. Esoteric Acupuncture is used to unfold higher levels of consciousness by grouping specific points together for the higher purpose of connection, love and joy. Each acupuncture point will be described in detail regarding location, function, and spiritual abilities. October's workshop will present the Eight Heart Gates pattern which focuses on bringing your heart energy into your body and releasing old, negative thoughts.

After a brief introduction, a simple yoga kriya will be done followed by the Esoteric Acupuncture sequence, with a gong bath. For those wanting acupuncture needle insertion, please come at least 15 mins early to sign a consent form. Dr. Lisa Swanson, Acupuncturist, Herbalist, and Yoga Instructor will be your guide as you discover how to fine tune your chakra system and work deeper within your personal somatic and spiritual experience. Class size limited to 8 to allow for proper care and attention to each patient. Please bring pillows, blankets, all that you need to be warm, cozy, and comfortable.
